B2B Account Manager

, ,We specialise in helping teams market their token sales (also known as initial coin offerings). We have helped our clients raise tens of millions of dollars.
We are growing extremely fast from our founding in late 2017. More projects want to work with us than we have capacity to manage. We’ve been profitable from day one.
Your position:
You will be working alongside our CEO and directly with clients to project manage online marketing campaigns. Your chief responsibility is to manage the relationship with clients ensuring they are kept up to date on the progress of the campaign. You’ll be expected to ensure we have everything we need to execute campaigns successfully. On a day to day basis this means communicating with clients, online publishers and your colleagues. Occasionally, you will be setting up ads directly in self-service platforms like Google, Twitter or Facebook (we can train you on this). It’s your job to ensure campaigns run as smoothly as possible and on time. When problems arise, you will be expected to adapt and generate solutions to keep clients happy.
Typical tasks include the following…
- Updating the CEO on the status of each campaign (e.g. a campaign is delayed because a client hasn’t given us what we need and presenting your solution to the problem)
- Sending information about our clients’ project to an online publisher (e.g. Coinmarketcap.com) so they can put adverts live.
- Working with our in-house designer to create banner adverts.
- Collaborating with team members on an online marketing plan for a new client
- Compiling a report for clients on the performance of an ad campaign (e.g. clicks, click through rate, conversions etc.)
- Coming up with ideas to improve campaign performance
- Coming up with ideas to sell more services to clients
- Setting up an ad in Twitter
Working environment:
We are a distributed team and communicate primarily with Telegram and email. Scheduled meetings can take place on Hangouts, Skype or Zoom as required.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage marketing campaigns for clients
- Keep CEO and clients up to date on progress of the marketing campaign
- Communicate with online publishers to set up advertising campaigns
- Occasionally set up advertising campaigns in self-service ad platforms
- Ensure everything runs as planned, adapt when they don’t
- Keep clients happy!
Requirements:
- Very good English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and reliable
- Self-motivated and proactive
- High attention to detail
- Mentally flexible. The cryptocurrency industry is changing fast. A good idea yesterday is not necessarily a good idea today.
- Experience with online marketing. You understand CTR, CPM, CPC and the importance of conversions.
- Experience managing clients. You know how to anticipate a client’s needs and have worked to solve their problems.
- Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
- If you live in Copenhagen, Denmark, you’ll be expected to come into the office a few days a week.
Nice to have:
- Experience with blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
- Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads and other online advertising platforms
- Available to start soon
- Sales or business development experience
